Registration key is not valid

Submit a support request in our Support Ticketing System.

From time-to-time, the Registration algorithm may change.

1. Go to our Customer Support Center. Log in with your e-mail address and password.
2. You will see your orders list, if not, click the "Orders/Downloads" link in the left navigation column.
3. Select the appropriate order and click on the Re-download link. You may also click on the invoice/order number, the Invoice information will appear.
4. Click on the red "Click here" link, located under shipping section and you will see the Installation Package Download details, which include the registration key and download link to your software.
5. If you cannot see download details, click the Re-generate Package button.
