You sent me the installation disc and it is non-readable.

When you have received a non-readable CD-ROM containing the UNFORMAT software, contact us for assistance. We'll gladly replace a defective (non-readable) CD-ROM and ship it to you free of charge.
Please note that if you are short of waiting time, you can download the trial version UNFORMAT software from our web site and register it with your registration key.
Your Registration Key appears on the confirmation web page. As well, the confirmation e-mail received with your purchase contains your download link and registration key. Please look carefully in your mailbox.
If you still having trouble the download link and registration key are always available through the Customer Support Center
- Log in with your e-mail address and password.
- You will see your orders list, if not, click "Orders/Downloads" link in the left navigation column.
- Select the appropriate order and click on the Re-download link. You may also click on the invoice/order number, the Invoice information will appear.
- Click on the red "Click here" link, located under shipping
section and you will see Installation Package Download details,
which include the registration key and download link to your
software.
If you cannot see download details, click the Re-generate Package button.
